Our Bao Basil Bloody Mary is a one-of-a-kind January feature, created in collaboration with our friends at Lovejoy’s Bloody Mary Mix and Bao Bao Buns.

Served in a 16oz glass, this bold, savory Bloody Mary starts with Lovejoy’s Thai basil-forward mix and is finished with a togarashi-spiced rim for the perfect kick. Topped with an over-the-top skewer crafted exclusively for Northern Taphouse by Bao Bao Buns, this Bloody is as much an experience as it is a drink.

What’s included on the skewer:

  • Cream cheese wontons

  • Shrimp and pork shumai dumplings

  • Pork egg roll

  • Pork bao bun

  • Sichuan-style sweet and soy pork dumplings
